The XAACT XTRACT 1200 is a portable hard surface extractor with 137″ lift and is adjustable 400 to 1200 pounds per square inch (PSI) solution pump for cleaning hard or porous surfaces such as tile and grout, and for cleaning carpet. This hard surface extractor has a 15-gallon solution tank and a 15-gallon recovery tank with a pump out of 5.5 gallons per minute (GPM). It comes with the Xaact HST hard surface cleaning tool, which has a brushed stainless steel frame for durability, and a spinning head with dual spray jets that deliver up to two gallons of solution per minute at 1400 revolutions per minute (RPM) for deep cleaning porous and uneven surfaces. This hard surface extractor has a rotomolded polyethylene housing for strength and resistance to damage, and it has two 4″ front casters, two 12″ rear wheels, and two grip handles for maneuverability. A 25′ vacuum hose and a 25′ solution hose are included with this unit. This unit has a pressure relief valve to facilitate attachment of the cleaning wand while pump is running. This hard surface extractor has a two-cord power system that requires two 110V power outlets on separate circuits for pump and vacuum, and it draws 15 amps per cord.
