Works great in conjunction with the Oreck Orbiter If you have the Oreck Orbiter, this is one of the cleaning components you need to clean carpets with it. You spray the carpet with the liquid pretreatment, then sprinkle this over the top of the area to be cleaned. Use the orbiter to thoroughly clean the area. This powder will soak up the dirt loosened by the orbiter’s cleaning pad. Afterwards, you just vacuum it up.The entire process works better than any other method I’ve ever used (or hired) to clean my carpets. Oreck Carpet Cleaning Powder Took awhile to get here but arrived without damage. We use this product to remove dog dander and smells that accumlate in a large rug and it works great.
Works! A bit expensive and now there’s an alternative on grocery shelves. But, this is a great product and I recommend it if you have alot of carpet to clean.
