Harness the power of steam to conquer a variety of tough household chores. The 120 volt Home Right Steam Machine has the attachments needed to soften wallpaper for easy removal, or clean and sanitize those tough-to-clean areas like showers, ovens, stovetops, sinks, and barbeque grills. The concentrated blast of the steam loosens even the most stubborn stains. Just fill the reservoir with distilled water, and within minutes it will be ready to use. The locking pistol grip handle at the end of the 8-Feet hose releases steam at over 200 Degrees Fahrenheit. Steam can be directed through any one of the six attachments that come standard with the Steam Machine: wallpaper steam plate, floor steam mop with cleaning cloth, brass brush, nylon brush, jet nozzle, or squeegee. In addition, every Steam Machine comes with extension tubes to increase your reach, a measuring cup and funnel, and two adapter that hold the attachments. The two built-in wheels make it easy to move as needed. The Steam Machine holds up to 40 fluid ounces of water and delivers steam for as much as 45 minutes. Pressurized safety cap protects the user from injury.

Robust features and better design. QUICK VERSION: Better than the others I’ve had. Good, practical design. It’s a keeper.I’ve had a number of steamers over the years and while I enjoy the results and the benefits, I’ve always found issue with the machines that have made their way into our home. Either the cords or too short, or after a relatively short usage life the machine stops working or flips the circuit, or the attachments get misplaced in our laundry room, or in the case of my last ones, I needed one for floors and another for detail, fine maneuvering and cleaning pretty much anything that isn’t parallel to the floor. The HomeRight SteamMachine is all that and a bag… No wait. No bag. Almost all of the attachments fit right on board in the integrated storage container. Definitely a plus. It heats up at around the same rate as my previous machines, but it has a much longer actively usable time (around 45 minutes) before needing a cooldown, refill, and reheat. Honestly, it’s rare that everything gets detailed in one go, as we have to clear surfaces, vacuum, dust, etc… in prep, so 45 minutes is more than enough time for one session of steaming. It does come with a wallpaper remover attachment/accessory, I do not have wallpaper in my home, so YMMV and perhaps such a task could warrant multiple fills. Perhaps one of the other reviewers has more experience with that function. The tools are good and there is an assortment for pretty much any purpose I could think of and I doubt I will use all of them. They are there though, and easy to change, even with my arthritic hands.During heat up, there was no sputtering and puddling at the nozzle, which was something I wasn’t expecting. At first I didn’t think it was working, but I pulled the trigger and VOILA! a little condensation but lots of steam. Steaming things was easy, the hose and cords long enough to allow a pretty nice radius from an outlet, which is nice because it had been a little while since we’ve had a functioning steam cleaner in our home and I was having fun test driving it. It was nice having things actually get steamed and not steamed and dribbled on. Most things dried quickly. The hose handle is light and comfortable enough that it was a breeze to zap with steam and wipe with a microfiber cloth that I was holding in my other hand.I wound up using the stiff bristled detail brush on the grout in our kitchen. I was horrified how much grime came up and came up with relative ease. Clearly, our previous machine was not doing the trick. I’ve also used residential carpet cleaners with a tile attachment (With rotating scrub brush) and apparently those didn’t make a dent either. The SteamMachine did a fantastic job. It still required plenty of elbow grease, but it was nice to see the difference and the progress, as opposed to other methods where I put in the effort and the sweat to the point where I thought maybe the grout was just darker than I remembered… Or maybe it’s the different light bulbs… I’m happy to report that our grout is back to a light grey and the other adult in residence can deal with the rest of the grout (our home is mostly tile with very little carpeting). These are the other more recent machines I have hade, that were ok, but not great and didn’t last very long. The handheld still works, but is too heavy for my arthritis hands and the floor mop died after a couple of years.I’d rather buy one comprehensive machine that works well. So I’m sticking with the SteamMachine. I am using distilled water in it, to prevent mineral build up. I will update my review if and when I have any important updates re: experience with the machine. For now, I’m very satisfied.
Fantastic cleaning machine, great value for all you get with it This is one cool machine, definitely one of my favorite cleaning tools. I have not used it for wallpaper yet, only for cleaning but I am so pleased with it. I have cleaned sinks, toilets, doors, showers, floors. It came with a very detailed, illustrated manual so it was easy to get it ready for use. It has lots of attachments to use and they are both illustrated and described in the manual so you know what they are for. Strong pressure and I was surprised how long you can use it before having to refill the tank. I haven’t even had to refill it on the projects I’ve used it for because they’ve all been under 30 minutes and I still had water to go when finished that I ended up draining before storing it. My spouse started using it willy nilly without reading the manual on what not to use it on and ended up stripping the paint off a door that didn’t have a finish on it…so pay attention to what surfaces to avoid using it on (the manual details this).I would highly recommend this steam machine.
