Good preparation for the new carpet cleaner and information for the old pro. This guide is pretty much the same type of material given for IICRC certification for carpet cleaning and written by industry leaders. If you’ve already taken the IICRC it will serve as a brush up on the materials that you can read with Kindle or on your computer with the Kindle app, which I’ve found quite handy. If you’re thinking of getting into carpet cleaning this will help prepare you, but I would still advise taking the IICRC training.
