Used as a pretreater for high traffic areas and tough stains to maximize deep cleaning results with a machine. The Pre-Treat includes enzyme cleaning agents combined with cleaning action to eliminate difficult pet stains and odors such as urine, feces, blood and vomit leaving a clean, fresh scent. How is Enzyme treatment different? Enzyme-based cleaners work great on organic stains, like pet accidents or food, and are designed to provide thorough cleaning. They work exceptionally well when covered with a moist towel and allowed plenty of time (12-72 hours) to work. The enzyme action found in these cleaners is like that of healthy probiotics found in some types of yogurt that help �eat� the microscopic particles that make up the stain. Once the spray is released from the bottle, the probiotics are activated and begin working. If kept moist, they�ll continue to multiply and remove the material until it�s gone. That�s why keeping a moist towel on the stain and giving it plenty of time to work will ensure that the stain is thoroughly removed. For best results, get the stain matter as thin as possible prior to treating it with the enzyme-based cleaner. You can do this by removing as much from the surface as possible, and by extracting some of the matter out with an upright or portable deep cleaner.

Excellent product! Removes blood, vomit and other organic stains quickly and without a trace!After my cat puked on the carpet I tried four different stain removers none of which worked. They actually made the stain worse.This product made the stain disappear with ease. I have to say I’m impressed.Doesn’t work for grease,tar,ink etc. For that I highly recommend Rubbermaid Commercial Quality Carpet Spot and Stain Remover.(I can’t seem to find the Rubbermaid product on line but it is available at Menards and elsewhere.It comes in an 18 oz. aerosol can.)Between these two I’ve yet to find a stain they won’t remove.
Indispensable if you have kids and/or pets! I originally purchased this spot remover a few years ago when my son was little and, well, to put it delicately – messy. It’s better than any other product I’ve ever tried for pet stains.It has enzymatic agents that help break down “organic” messes, and is great for rugs, mattresses, upholstery, or whatever you need cleaned from pets and young children. We just adopted a new dog, and it wasn’t long before my old bottle of Pet Stain & Odor Remover came out of the closet, and I was buying another one. I use it as a pre-treater, and spray it on messes as soon as they happen or as soon as I can find them, then follow up with the steam cleaner as soon as possible. It smells great and really does the job of eliminating odors. Highly recommended!
Hands Down, Best Pre-Treater Even if you *don’t* have pets in your home, get this to pre-treat any stain. As a result of one dog’s UTI, I had to clean some bloody stains.This product made blood disappear just by spraying it on the stain. It even got out a dried blood spot that I missed on a throw rug–although that took 2 sprays to disappear.HIGHLY recommend.
