Work somewhat but dangerous and a little small This product is just barely ok. It is made out of very thin plastic, so it is about the same as if you were to tie a grocery bag around your shoes. Yes, they can be a little slippery. They are not an over shape as I was expecting. They come flat with a very thin string to make them stay on, but it is not attached well enough. These will not fit over a sz 12 mens workboots. The only real plus to these is that since they are plastic they are waterproof. I will use them for when the kids need to run into the house for a second in the snow or something like that, but I was really looking for something so my guests could leave their shoes on. This is not the product for that. Luckily these were cheap, $6.50 shipped. I will not be buying them again. However, the seller was good.
Good light-weight shoe covers These show covers are effectively thin plastic bags worn over feet.Their overall look and feel is about the same as that of supermarketplastic bags. While the quality is not great, it is a good value forthe price.The shoe covers are exceptionally light. A pair weighs about 2 grams(0.06 ounces), which is about the same as a single tea bag. This lightweight is an advantage when I carry them in my purse, to wear over myshoes when visiting friends.I have found the following uses for them:(1) Wearing over my shoes when visiting friends, and also offering themto my friends when they visit me.(2) Using them as make-shift slippers during travel. When I use themwithout shoes, I wear them over socks, since they give unpleasant feelto bare skin.(3) Using them instead of gloves when picking potentially dirty things,such as junk in my backyard.If you purchase them, you should be aware of the following facts.(1) The quantity in the shipped package is 100 covers, that is, 50pairs, not 100 pairs.(2) The covers are designed for one-time use. If you reuse them, theyquickly tear.
Shoe covers get the job done I got these since I travel regularly and don’t want to let the TSA force be to stand on a filthy floor in my socks. These covers are light grade plastic and might not take much abuse; however for my single-use purpose they’re great. Another plus is that they’re so light that they scrunch up into quite a tiny package.
