Wish I could give it 4.5 stars. There’s a maxim which states, “Things that do many tasks are not the best at everything.” This unit has a unique design where the actual vacuum and cleaning solution unit “Lift-Off” the base unit so you can do spot cleaning or clean in tight areas. This it does very well and it might be the best “spot cleaner” available. However, when it is back in the sweeper unit I think it is less effective than units designed solely for that purpose.
