Excellent Suction This carpet cleaner is awesome!!! It offers nice heating/blow drying of the floor with each pass. You can also select a button to heat the cleaning water. The solution tank is easy to use and a no-brainer. The water/refuse storage tank is also super easy to detach, empty, fill, and clean. This carpet cleaner is the best. The suction is powerful and it is very easy to push/use. It is also very quiet compared to other carpet cleaners. You can also select: light wash, heavy traffic wash, clean rinse with water only, or heavy wash. The on-board attachments are easy to use and store on the carpet cleaner itself. By far the best carpet cleaner out there. I cleaned my living room and bedrooms immediately after purchasing. This extracted a lot of junk I did not know was in my carpet, and I vacuum everyday and have no pets! The carpet dries within 2 hours in a house at about 70 degrees F.
Carpet Never Cleaner This machine is great – so easy to use and really effective – it holds a lot of water and I was able to clean my big living room and stairs without a refill. The water was black – I was so grossed out that I am going to re-clean again tomorrow to get more dirt out. The suction is so good that the floor really is mostly dry by the time you are done, although I did notice that my downstairs carpet dried slower than the different carpet I have upstairs. I really read the reviews and did my research and ended up buying this one because of a friend recommendation. The only thing I think could be better is the stair attachment – it’s not as effective as the machine and the suction isn’t as good as I’d like – same with the edging tool, but luckily I wont have to use either very often. I would give it 4.5 stars and am very happy with my purchase. I’d buy it again.
